Veralto is seeking a Labor & Employee Relations (LER) Business Partner (EMEA) for a fully remote role, open to candidates in France, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic, or other approved EMEA locations. You will conduct highly complex investigations, guide management on labor relations, and partner with HR to shape workforce strategies for multiple regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related HR roles.
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations, and experience with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Professional certifications such as CPID, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters.
• Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed investigation reports and briefings.
• Provide guidance and support to management on labor relations issues including union campaigns, contract negotiations, and grievance resolution.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand challenges within assigned units.
• Advise on potential restructures and proposals affecting roles in EMEA.
