Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Labor & Employee Relations (LER) Business Partner (EMEA) to lead complex investigations and advise on labor relations and restructuring matters. The role requires strong HR partnering across business units and expertise in unions and compliance.

The position is remote-first across EMEA, with language fluency in English and French essential and additional European languages advantageous. Travel within EMEA may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related HR roles.
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations; experience with unions and collective bargaining.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Certifications such as CPID, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP are a plus.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages (German/Turkish) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters.
• Identify innovative solutions by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and producing detailed reports.
• Provide guidance to management on labor relations issues, including union campaigns and negotiations.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address unit-specific challenges.
• Advise on potential restructures and role terminations in EMEA.
