Filigran, a fast-growing global cybersecurity company, seeks a Head of Financial Controller to own the full accounting function across Filigran's entities, including revenue recognition, consolidation, month-end and year-end close, and internal controls. You will report to the VP of Finance in a small team and serve as the technical backbone of finance.

You will build scalable processes, lead the current team of 3 accountants, and grow the function to support rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting roles with senior/lead or controller experience.
• Strong knowledge of French accounting standards; multi-GAAP exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to build processes and internal controls in fast-growing environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions across Filigran entities.
• Lead consolidation across the multi-entity international structure.
• Manage yearly financial audits and coordinate with external accounting firms.
• Design internal controls and scalable accounting processes.
• Oversee payroll coordination and cross‑functional finance requests.
