Pragmatike is seeking a Finance Controller to own financial control, treasury, and contract governance across large-scale data center projects. This role requires deep expertise in long-term contract revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15, and strong cash flow management to maintain liquidity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial controlling or similar finance role.
• Experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, data centers, or project-based businesses.
• Strong reporting under GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Advanced knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
• Experience in treasury, cash flow management, and working capital.
• Experience reviewing contracts from a financial perspective.
• Understanding of project profitability, cost-to-complete, and financial risk.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Legal, Project, Operations, and Leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Own financial oversight of customer, supplier, and subcontractor contracts with milestones and payment terms.
• Manage long-term contract revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
• Monitor project profitability, cost overruns, and cash-at-risk.
• Own monthly close, management reporting, and audit coordination.
• Lead cash flow management with rolling forecasts.
• Monitor and optimize working capital across projects.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and asset-backed lending where applicable.
• Monitor FX exposure across international equipment and contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Project teams on financial terms before signing.
• Provide Senior Leadership with liquidity visibility and overall financial performance.
