Brevo is seeking a Digital Customer Success professional for our new Pro offering in Paris. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, guiding customers from onboarding through renewal, driving adoption of best practices, and ensuring value realization at scale.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to mitigate risk and sustain growth. You will deliver enablement sessions and webinars, monitor health scores, and contribute to scalable digital resources to empower customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in CX/CSM or marketing project management.
• Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication in French.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume engagement via emails, sequences, webinars, and onboarding to renewal.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio ensuring customers reach key milestones.
• Lead renewal discussions with focus on retention and growth.
• Monitor health scores and data to identify at-risk accounts and engage.
• Drive adoption of best practices through enablement sessions and webinars.
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience to mitigate risk and unlock growth.
