Job summary

Revolut is seeking a FinCrime Quality Analyst to support the compliance function by quality-checking investigations and providing feedback based on data-driven insights. You will work across locations with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Required is a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in financial crime investigations, strong English (C1+), and knowledge of typologies such as money laundering and sanctions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial crime investigations within a regulated environment.
• A strong understanding of financial crime typologies (money laundering, fraud, sanctions) and the ability to identify risks.
• Experience analysing trends across complex datasets and investigations.
• Proficiency with data-driven investigative tools, dashboards, and case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting obligations across regions.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check compliance team members' work to identify successes and failures in case outcomes.
• Provide feedback to compliance teams and analysts based on data-driven insights.
• Learn and apply compliance procedures, reporting procedural issues to management.
• Coach new team members and collaborate with teams across locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to drive improvements.
