Revolut is seeking a Quality Analyst within the FinCrime team to review processes, procedures, and agent case handling to support regulatory and compliance obligations.

You will quality-check external enquiries, provide data-driven feedback to compliance teams, mentor teammates, and collaborate with teams across different locations.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in FinCrime, English fluency, and proficiency with investigative tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FinCrime processes experience in a regulated environment.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
• Strong understanding of financial crime typologies and investigative effectiveness.
• Ability to interpret and verify information with relevant details for investigations.
• Proficiency using data-driven investigative tools, dashboards, and case management systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk.

Responsabilités

• Quality-check external enquiries, focusing on successes and failures in case outcomes.
• Provide feedback to compliance teams based on data-driven insights and root-cause analysis.
• Learn and apply compliance procedures and report procedural issues to management.
• Coach new team members and collaborate with teams across locations.
• Conduct ad-hoc duties as required.
