Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Quality Analyst for the FinCrime team to review screening processes, identify improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. You will analyze case outcomes, provide actionable feedback, and support cross-functional collaboration across locations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in FinCrime or equivalent screening experience, with fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in FinCrime or 2+ years in name/transaction screening in a regulated environment.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and French (C1+).
• Strong understanding of financial crime typologies and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check screening cases focusing on outcomes.
• Provide feedback to compliance teams based on data-driven insights.
• Learn and apply compliance procedures and report issues to management.
• Coach new team members and collaborate with cross-location teams.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
