Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of FinCrime experience in regulated environment.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and French (C1+).
• Strong understanding of financial crime typologies and investigative work.
• Ability to interpret information and support investigations with data-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check external enquiries and assess case outcomes.
• Provide feedback to compliance teams based on data-driven insights.
• Learn and apply compliance procedures; report procedural issues.
• Coach new team members and collaborate with cross-location teams.
