Job summary

Anton Paar France seeks a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to drive business across the North-West France territory. This field-based role requires frequent travel to customer sites, demonstrations, and seminars, with strong collaboration to develop the customer base.

You will manage the full sales cycle from leads to order, deliver technical presentations, and provide post-sales support, while leveraging a solid scientific background and fluent English to liaise with Anton Paar headquarters in Austria.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline as listed.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in scientific instruments or technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English is essential for interactions with headquarters.
• Based in or near Île-de-France for territory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy within the North-West France territory.
• Build long-term relationships with industrial, academic, and research customers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities and CRM with accurate pipeline data.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle through order closing.

Skills

Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics,

Minimum 3 years' sales experience

Fluent English

Valid driving licence

Based in Île-de-France or nearby

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Engineering
