Job summary

Anton Paar France is seeking a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for the Brabender product range, covering the northern half of France. This field-based, traveling role reports to the Team Leader – Material Characterization and requires a strong technical and commercial mindset.

Ideally based in Paris/Île-de-France or nearby, you will develop sales, identify new opportunities, and support customers from initial inquiry through project execution, collaborating with the Brabender teams in Germany.

Qualifications

• You have a higher education degree in science or engineering, ideally in materials science, polymers, plastics engineering, materials chemistry or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of technical experience, ideally in materials/plastics/polymer environments; knowledge of extrusion/compounding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of the Brabender product range across the northern half of France.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of industrial customers.
• Analyze customers’ technical and application requirements.
• Present tailored solutions in plastics, polymers, extrusion and compounding; conduct demonstrations.
