Molex is seeking a dynamic Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) – Strategic Account, based in France, to support a major European strategic account. The role combines technical application engineering with dedicated account responsibility and close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and global teams.

You will drive technical demand creation, help influence design decisions, build strong relationships with customer engineering leaders, and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in field application engineering, technical sales, product engineering, or customer-facing engineering.
• Ability to engage with customer engineering teams and influence design decisions.
• Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, product management and global account teams.
• Commercial understanding of demand creation, design wins and profitable growth.
• Fluent in French and English; willing to travel ~60%.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the dedicated Field Application Engineer for a European Strategic Account.
• Drive technical demand creation by identifying opportunities and promoting Molex solutions.
• Build differentiated technical relationships with customer engineering, R&D and system architecture stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into growth plans and account strategies with Product Management and Worldwide Account Manager.
• Resolve barriers during design-in, development, and qualification across power, industrial, connectivity, and other applications.
• Develop and manage a Salesforce pipeline of design-in opportunities for profitable growth.
• Collaborate with other Molex FAEs and internal experts to accelerate customer success.
