Natus Sensory is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of ERP systems, AI initiatives, and broader business applications.

You will bridge engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery in a complex software environment. Salesforce exposure is a plus but not required; remote European work is supported for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of dedicated project management experience within enterprise software implementation.
• Experience managing ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).
• AI core concepts, LLM integrations, or data analytics pipelines exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end project delivery from scoping to post-launch support.
• Oversee ERP modules and integration with internal business applications.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy AI-enabled delivery practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change management for user adoption.
• Identify dependencies, blockers, and budget risks; propose countermeasures.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies tailored to mixed software implementation models.
