Natus Sensory Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (6–9 years) to lead deployment, integration, and optimization of ERP systems, AI initiatives, and broader business applications. You will bridge engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery that scales with the organization.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus. You will manage ERP integrations, drive agile ceremonies, and ensure high user adoption across cross-functional teams in a remote European
Qualifications
- 6–9 years of dedicated project management experience within enterprise software implementation.
- Experience leading ERP modules and integrations with core business applications.
- Proven track record delivering AI-enabled delivery practices and data analytics pipelines.
- Strong governance with Agile/Scrum/SAFe and traditional Waterfall methods.
Responsabilités
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from scoping to post-launch support.
- Oversee ERP modules planning, configuration, and rollout with integrations.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy AI-enabled delivery practices.
- Manage stakeholders, define KPIs, and drive organizational change.
- Identify dependencies, blockers and budget risks; implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies tailored to mixed software implementation models.
