Bonx, the no-code, AI-native ERP for industrials, is hiring the first Forward Deployed Engineer for the French market. You will collaborate with the Deployment Strategist to translate customer needs into AI-powered workflows, automations, and custom solutions that deliver immediate business impact.

You will own deployments from scoping to production rollout, rapidly prototype ideas with AI tools, and build scalable automations using n8n, LangChain and emerging AI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Native French is required and professional English is non-negotiable.
• 2–7 years managing complex IT projects or hands-on consulting with strong on-site delivery.
• Engineering degree or strong technical background.
• Willingness to experience the raw intensity of an early-stage startup.
• Comfortable working with generative AI and AI-powered workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical side of deployments from scoping to production rollout.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and validate ideas using AI tools and integrations.
• Design and maintain scalable automations and internal tools with n8n, LangChain, and AI frameworks.
• Bridge customer needs, operations and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across multiple deployments.
