Sectigo is looking for an Enterprise Onboarding Engineer to join our growing global team in Paris. You will work directly with customers, providing expertise across the Sectigo product portfolio from proof-of-concept to production, and translate their needs into effective onboarding.

This role manages customer accounts and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience while addressing technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with PKI, SSL, and network/security concepts is preferred.
• Strong English proficiency required and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide onboarding services from PoC to production for customers.
• Serve as SME on Sectigo portfolio during post-sales engagement.
• Maintain high-quality communication and ticket updates.
• Show strong organization, meet deadlines, and set clear expectations.
• Work in a fast-paced, low-supervision environment.
• Contribute to Onboarding Readiness Program and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and handle additional tasks.
