Sectigo is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Engineer to join our global team in Paris. You will work directly with customers from proof-of-concept to production, translating technical needs into effective onboarding of our certificate lifecycle management platform.

The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and experience with PKI, SSL, and cloud platforms. This is a full-time remote position with reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Onboarding & PKI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in IT/customer implementation environments.
• Experience with PKI, SSL, and related tech is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide onboarding services for Sectigo product portfolio.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams during onboarding.
• Maintain clear communication and updates in ticketing system.
• Contribute to onboarding program improvements and knowledge base.
