Job summary

Sectigo is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Engineer to join our global team. You will work directly with customers, guiding proof-of-concept to production, translating Sectigo offerings into business value. • Experience delivering onboarding services for complex product portfolios.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and/or PoC onboarding services to customers.
• Serve as SME for Sectigo products during post-sales engagement.
• Maintain high-quality communication with customers via a ticketing system.
• Organize and manage priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to Onboarding Readiness Program and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
