Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, fluent in German and English, to bridge business and delivery teams in a fully remote engagement across Europe. You will lead discovery, document functional designs, and support testing and adoption of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment.

You will work with German-speaking stakeholders, analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable solution designs, while collaborating with international delivery teams

Qualifications

• Approximately 6–7 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects in a functional consultant or business analyst capacity.
• Fluent German, with the ability to independently facilitate workshops and produce professional documentation in German.
• Fluent English, with the ability to prepare programme updates and collaborate with international delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with German-speaking business stakeholders to understand objectives and needs.
• Assess current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer engagement through Dynamics 365 CE.
• Conduct structured fit-gap assessments to distinguish standard configuration from customization needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and target-state processes.
• Present and validate proposed solutions with stakeholders and ensure designs meet business needs.
• Produce documentation covering requirements, processes, designs, and implementation decisions for delivery teams.
• Support user acceptance testing, coordinate feedback, and guide sign-off processes.
• Assist during live adoption and transition to new CRM operations.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations in English to programme leadership.
