Job summary

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect to join their Consulting Services team. You will design and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, programme leaders, and delivery teams.

• Extensive functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions and integrations.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience creating tailored solutions for complex business requirements.
• Understanding of solution and integration architecture and system design.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Help clients maximise the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 investments.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business strategies, requirements, and operational processes.
• Design and articulate future-state solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
• Advise clients on best practices and solution roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and workshops.
• Design bespoke solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Produce and maintain Solution Design documentation.
• Review and support the development of functional specifications, particularly for complex solutions and integrations.
• Act as the design authority across programmes, ensuring solution consistency and alignment.
• Provide guidance to Programme Directors, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects and delivery teams.
