Sekoia is seeking a Data Engineer/Scientist hybrid to scale a real-time data platform and turn insights into product value. Based in Paris or Rennes with up to 3 remote days, you will design and deploy robust pipelines, and own algorithmic building blocks for features.

You combine data science and software development, working across data platforms, Prod and analytics squads to deliver scalable, reliable data products.

Qualifications

• Master's level or higher with 3–5 years combining data science and software development.
• Proficient in Python, pandas, scikit-learn and SQL.
• Strong algorithmic, complexity and ML knowledge; scalable thinking.
• Engineer mindset: tested, maintainable code and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate the data platform in Python, from dev to prod.
• Centralize heterogeneous sources (Product, Finance, Marketing) for reliability.
• Develop, test, and orchestrate pipelines with Airflow.
• Own data science/algorithmic building blocks within feature pitches.
• Deploy models to production with MLOps discipline; monitor and retrain.
