DevOps Engineer – Scaling High-Throughput Blockchain Data

Seeking a DevOps Engineer to help power one of the most ambitious reward engines in DeFi - processing hundreds of millions of data points today and scaling to hundreds of billions.

You’ll be at the heart of our infrastructure, designing systems that index, process, and deliver vast volumes of blockchain data with speed, accuracy, and reliability. From optimizing data pipelines to automating deployments, your work will directly impact how millions, and soon billions of users receive on-chain rewards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for high-volume data indexing and processing.
• Optimize data architecture for speed, structure, and long-term growth.
• Power frontend analytics by ensuring minimal-latency data delivery.
• Automate deployments, provisioning, and monitoring across production systems.
• Ensure uptime, security, and resilience for mission-critical pipelines.

Experience required

• Strong experience with GCP, Terraform/Pulumi, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proven track record in scaling data infrastructure and implementing observability best practices.
• Security-conscious mindset with cloud access control and secrets management expertise.
• Bonus: Blockchain/DeFi experience, cryptographic data structures, Rust/TypeScript skills.
