Bioptimus is building the first universal AI foundation model for biology to fuel breakthrough discoveries and accelerate innovation in biomedicine. This remote role offers the chance to own and scale the operational lifecycle of biomedical data partnerships from hospitals to biobanks and labs.

You will coordinate data transfers, harmonize data models across clinical and multi-omics datasets, and build dashboards with the data/engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Biomedical Data expertise including real-world data and multi-omics.
• Cloud experience with AWS S3, CLI, and secure data transfers.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational lifecycle of external data partnerships.
• Coordinate secure biomedical data transfers and ingestion workflows.
• Harmonize clinical and multi-omics data models with internal teams.
• Configure lightweight ingestion and QC pipelines.
• Coordinate data quality checks and resolve metadata issues.
• Maintain a centralized data status tracker and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Legal and Partnerships.
• Conduct site visits to partner hospitals and labs.
