Job summary

the company.io is expanding a remote Customer Success Team Lead for Southern Europe, with a focus on France and Spain. You will guide a growing team, drive value for customers, and build strategic relationships across complex enterprises.

Based in EMEA, fluency in French is required. The role offers a fully remote setup with a home-office stipend, Apple laptops for new hires, and a training budget to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading teams with at least 3 direct reports.
• At least 5 years in enterprise customer relationships in CS, AM, Solutions Consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience building trusted relationships with engineers, product leaders, and executives.
• Strong executive presence for strategic conversations, including QBRs/EBRs.
• French language required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across Southern Europe, focusing on France and Spain.
• Ensure customers go live and continue to see measurable value from the product.
• Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organisations: engineers, data, product teams, heads and directors, up to executives.
• Translate technical concepts and performance data into clear business value tied to revenue, conversion, and customer experience.
• Implement scalable processes and best practices to support team growth.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer challenges and lead from the front when hands-on engagement is required.
