Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking a Construction Project Coordination Virtual Assistant based in France. This remote, part-time contractor role uses Buildertrend and digital project management tools to organize project documents, schedules, bids, and vendor records.

You will coordinate subcontractor communications, track insurance and permits, support loan documentation, and help maintain compliant project records.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration or operations.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and documentation.
• Buildertrend experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with bidding, subcontractor coordination, and vendor communications is preferred.
• Experience managing project documents, plans, specs, and records preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Drive for document management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project information within Buildertrend.
• Upload, categorize, and manage plans, specifications, contracts, and documents.
• Maintain folder structures in Google Drive and ensure access to current documentation.
• Monitor project correspondence and identify outstanding administrative tasks.
• Record daily site logs and maintain incident reports and project schedules.
