Jobgether is seeking a Character Art Director (Stylized Games | Mobile) based in France. You will shape the visual identity of a new mobile title, guiding character development from concepts to in‑game implementation and maintaining high-quality standards.

The role requires senior leadership, a strong portfolio in stylized art, and collaboration with international teams across Europe and the US. Remote work within Europe is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in game art with leadership roles such as Character Art Director or Art Lead.
• Demonstrated ability to ship stylized characters for mobile games.
• Strong portfolio of stylized character design and visual storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a cohesive stylized character art direction for mobile titles.
• Lead character design and storytelling from concepts to in‑game implementation.
• Provide hands‑on sketches, paintovers and visual references to communicate direction.
• Mentor and review artists; guide production across international teams.
