Square is seeking a Channel Sales Support Agent to act as the operational backbone for our independent contractor sales teams across Europe. You’ll ensure teams have the tools, information, and guidance to onboard products and accelerate local merchant adoption.

You will manage inquiries, build partner relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to remove blockers, while leveraging CRM systems and Google Workspace in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales support, channel management, or related fields.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales analytics.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for Europe sales teams, answering inquiries within SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractor sales teams.
• Provide product knowledge, pricing information, sales collateral, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and blockers.
