Lever, Inc. is seeking a Client Implementation Manager (Card Issuing) based in France to lead end-to-end client implementations for card issuing programs, from planning to launch and closure, coordinating across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support teams.

You will manage BIN ranges, product codes, and API integration, guide testing and go-live readiness, and ensure PCI DSS, SCA/PSD2, and card network rules are addressed, all within a remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation or client delivery in fintech/payments.
• Strong knowledge of card issuing and issuer processing concepts.
• Experience with REST APIs and onboarding processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Comfort working across cross-functional teams and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from planning to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs.
• Act as primary client contact, coordinating with engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support.
• Guide card program configuration, API integration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate certification, BIN sponsorship, and third-party dependencies.
• Lead UAT and cutover activities, ensure audit-ready documentation.
