The role requires a strong background in ID or RF card related projects, fluent English and French or Spanish/Portuguese, and proven leadership in delivering compliant, cost‑efficient solutions across global customers.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in product development, project management, and business development.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable technical solutions.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Front-End Customer & Market Engagement: lead customer visits, discovery sessions, and workshops.
• Technical Requirements & Solution Definition: translate needs into specs, assess feasibility and manufacturability.
• Tender Support & Sales Enablement: assist with technical proposals, risk assessments, and solution architectures.
• Project Leadership & Product Development: lead development, verification, qualification, and transition to mass production.
