Entrust in Paris is seeking a Director, Software Development for Digital Card Solution to lead a global team of 20+ developers, QA and managers in a hybrid role. You will drive product strategy with cross-functional partners, applying Agile and secure SDLC practices to deliver scalable solutions.

Coordinate with the Instant Financial Issuance team and guide architecture, mentoring leaders and championing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years leading large software teams; 5+ years in software development.
• 5+ years of project management experience and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven experience mentoring leaders and driving complex initiatives.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and secure SDLC knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global team of 20+ developers, QA, and managers in a hybrid Paris role.
• Coordinate complex projects with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and phase‑gate methods; ensure secure development practices.
• Drive product roadmaps, partnerships with Product Management, and strategy.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and escalation handling.
