Entrust is searching for a motivated professional to join their team in Paris as a lead for the Digital Card Solution (DCS) Software Engineering team. This hybrid position requires strong leadership, project management abilities, and expertise in secure development practices. In this role, you'll ensure successful product delivery, manage a large team, and drive innovation across projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and project management, and be fluent in both French and English. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with preferred qualifications including a Master's degree or MBA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software teams; 5+ years in software development.
• Proven experience mentoring leaders in the technology sector.
• Experience working in a global environment, willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global team of 20+ cross‑functional developers, QA, and managers.
• Coordinate complex projects from inception to completion.
• Develop product roadmaps, articulate vision, and formulate innovation strategies.
