Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Timely follow-up on accounts with insurance payment status.
• Verify claim status, rebill, and adjust as needed per guidelines.
• Gather demographics, clinical info, and authorizations for claims.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Analyze denial trends and communicate with relevant teams.
• Prepare simpler claims for reconsiderations/appeals.
• Assist leadership in managing AR and 90-day balances.
• Provide training to new hires and support peers.
