Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Patient Accounts/Customer Service.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Explain charges, services, insurance coverage, and hospital policies.
• Counsel patients on hospital financial policies and payment options.
• Assist with resolving complex issues and refer to supervisor when needed.
• Process correspondence within five working days of receipt.
