Alma is seeking an Analytics Engineer to strengthen data foundations, build reusable data models, and improve governance across a central data team. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business insights, enabling self-service analytics for multiple teams.

You will collaborate with Looker, dbt, and BigQuery experts to deliver trusted data and scalable dashboards. The role offers a hybrid Paris-based setup with potential full-remote in France.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Practical dbt experience with models, tests and documentation.
• Solid data modeling concepts: facts, dimensions, keys and relationships.
• Experience with Git and PR-based development; strong communication across teams.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen data foundations across the organization.
• Transform raw data into trusted datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Improve lineage, governance and semantic layers of critical tables.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable data.
