Riot is building an analytics platform to power product, business, and growth decisions. As an Analytics Engineer, you will design data models, processing pipelines, and analytics solutions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and GA teams to scale Riot's data capabilities.

You will ensure data quality, reliability, and traceability across pipelines, and help shape modeling standards while communicating complex topics to non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience.
• Strong SQL skills and dbt experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or similar.
• Ability to set modeling standards and enforce them.
• Commitment to data quality and reliability.
• Able to explain technical topics to non-technical teams.
• Proactive, able to propose solutions behind requests.
• Experience delegating work to AI agents.
• Fluent English and native French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain data models, processing pipelines, and analytics solutions for a scalable analytics platform.
• Structure and organize the analytics codebase, define modeling standards, and enforce best practices.
• Create clear, well-documented data assets and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and GA teams.
