BeReal is seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to own the product analytics layer end-to-end. You will report to the VP Engineering and partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data stakeholders to build a scalable, self-service analytics foundation for data-driven decisions.

As the senior voice on analytics, you will define the roadmap, architect robust data models, and lead the integration between BigQuery, Amplitude, and the experimentation framework to ensure a single source of truth for

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics engineering or product analytics.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and BigQuery.
• Proficiency with Amplitude and product analytics tools.
• Experience building scalable data models and self-service analytics.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and own BeReal's product analytics roadmap.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate product loops into data models.
• Build AI-powered analytics tools enabling natural language queries.
• Own integration between BigQuery, Amplitude, and the experimentation framework.
• Design and maintain a self-service metrics layer for funnels and experiments.
• Write production-grade dbt models and optimize SQL.
• Lead analytics engineering reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with Backend and Mobile teams for instrumentation quality.
• Monitor data quality and observability to ensure trust in metrics.
