Joko is seeking a Platform Engineer to shape and lead our core platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and fast delivery. You will own production infrastructure, improve observability, and drive security and developer experience across a growing engineering org.

As a senior engineer, you’ll influence architecture, mentor peers, and help accelerate our transition to AI-powered internal tooling while collaborating with product and engineering teams across international locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience, with platform/infrastructure focus.
• Strong production reliability & scale experience in high-traffic environments.
• DevOps mindset with emphasis on CI/CD, releases, and automation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). French not required.

Responsabilités

• Own production infrastructure end-to-end: resilience, capacity, cost.
• Build observability and incident response framework across tools.
• Raise security bar: access, secrets, hardening, compliance.
• Improve developer experience: build, test, release processes.
• Contribute to AI-powered internal tooling to boost teams' throughput.
• Provide technical leadership and roadmap alignment across teams.
