Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) for the EMEA region, based in France or the United Kingdom. This remote role requires CET hours and offers a path to an Account Executive role within two years or less.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer-facing roles.
• 6–12 months in a sales or target-driven role.
• Strong motivation to work in target-driven sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Curious with the ability to ask insightful questions.
• AI literacy and ability to showcase AI usage in work.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and pull commercial signal from public information.
• Build and prioritise an account-level contact plan across multiple stakeholders.
• Run a connected multi-touch outbound motion via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Write personalised outreach with a clear point of view for each call.
• Read signals during calls and adapt, avoiding pushing for premature meetings.
• Maintain meticulous account and contact records in Salesforce.
• Become a product expert and represent Samsara at trade shows and events.
