Roly Recruitment seeks a manager-level professional for a fixed income asset manager in Paris to cover regulatory compliance and operational risk. You will regularly interact with AMF and ACPR, draft policy documents, provide regulatory reports, assist with risk assessments and incident reviews, and support management with risk presentation materials.

Required are a Bac+5 in a relevant field and 5+ years in risk/regulatory roles within financial services; fluent French and English preferred,

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Risk Management/Regulatory in financial services.
Experience in risk management concepts (RCSA, incident management, risk indicators).
Languages: fluency in French and English is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

Draft compliance policy documents for financial markets activity.
Provide regulatory reports to the AMF and ACPR; may engage with CSSF in Luxembourg for the Luxembourg ManCo subsidiary.
Assist the European Risk and Compliance Manager by raising awareness, performing controls, and ensuring the risk framework is effective and operational.
Collect and analyse incidents to ensure lessons are learnt; monitor action plans and escalate as needed.
Assist with preparation of risk presentations and case studies of incidents.
