Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Law, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years in control or compliance in an investment firm.
• 4+ years in senior compliance with team coordination or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client compliance matters including service suitability and product eligibility per MiFID II.
• Ensure compliance with MiFID II, MiFIR and MAR.
• Conduct market activity surveillance and monitor trading-related compliance risks.
• Maintain and update the compliance control framework and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements including ACPR obligations.
• Perform regulatory watch and identify emerging risks.
• Assess non-compliance risks and update risk mappings.
• Guide junior team members and resolve complex matters.
• Translate findings into actionable process improvements.
• Track remediation actions and ensure corrective actions.
