Saxo Bank France, part of Saxo Group, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to strengthen the compliance framework in line with French and EU regulations. You will support management and collaborate with the Head of Compliance France and Europe to oversee regulatory risk across the investment services, AML, MiFID II, and client protection areas.

You will engage with regulators such as AMF and ACPR, lead compliance reviews and reporting, and drive governance improvements across policies,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance experience in banking, investment services, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of French and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to advise, influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior management and business on regulatory matters, including new products and client documentation.
• Lead interactions with regulators and ensure timely reporting of compliance information.
• Conduct compliance reviews, investigations and risk-based assessments.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement changes across policies and controls.
• Assess effectiveness of compliance controls and strengthen risk management.
