Job summary

Pennylane is building a regulatory office for Pennylane Financial Services to ensure full ACPR-compliant operations. The role focuses on turning regulatory requirements into reliable ownership, calendars, and controls across Compliance & Risk, Finance, Legal, Operations and Tech.

You will coordinate reporting, governance and change management while maintaining auditable evidence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep deadlines, ensure data quality and deliver timely

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in a regulated financial environment.
• Strong understanding of reporting controls and data quality.
• Sound regulatory judgement and ability to translate requirements into ownership, processes and controls.
• Strong execution discipline to coordinate recurring deliverables and deadlines.
• Ability to work across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology.
• French and English professional fluency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the regulatory obligations inventory with owners, deadlines and evidence.
• Run the integrated regulatory calendar across multiple functions.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and prepare returns.
• Establish reporting controls, lineage, reconciliations and approvals.
• Coordinate data-quality remediation and issue tracking.
• Support supervisory responses and commitments; escalate delivery issues.
• Coordinate regulatory change and translate requirements into impact assessments and plans.
• Prepare status reports and maintain governance through decision tracking.
• Improve tools and processes for workflow and remittance.
