Pennylane is building a Regulatory Office for Pennylane Financial Services to operate compliance and reporting in a regulated environment across Europe. The role focuses on inventory, calendar, governance, and evidence to ensure timely, auditable operations.

You will work with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk and Technology to translate new requirements into accountable owners and clear processes. A remote-friendly setup across Europe is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Meaningful experience in a regulated financial environment (reporting, operations, compliance, risk).
• Strong understanding of reporting controls, data quality, and auditable evidence.
• Ability to translate requirements into ownership, processes and controls.
• Proven ability to coordinate recurring deliverables and meet fixed deadlines.
• Professional fluency in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the regulatory obligations inventory with owners, deadlines, controls and evidence.
• Run the integrated regulatory calendar across functions and escalate delivery risks.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting portfolio and prepare selected returns.
• Establish reporting controls, lineage, reconciliations and sign-offs.
• Coordinate data-quality remediation and track commitments with governance.
• Support supervisory responses, changes, and governance reporting.
• Improve tools and processes for workflow, evidence storage and remittance.
