We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our France, Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) & Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal) territories. This is a critical field sales role within our EMEA Cellular/Mobile Solutions Business Unit, responsible for driving revenue growth across these high-potential territories through both direct and partner-led channels.
You will inherit an established pipeline and partner network and be expected to accelerate growth across industrial IoT, Fixed Wireless Access, smart infrastructure, utilities, and Industry 4.0 verticals. This role reports to the EMEA Sales Director and works closely with dedicated Sales Engineering support.

The anticipated pay range for this position is €85,000 - €135,000 which includes base salary + commission target. Pay ranges are determined by role and job level. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several Western European geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location.
