Dextra Group is seeking a Regional HR Lead – Europe to orchestrate human resources across Europe from Lyon. You will partner with regional leadership and Group HR Centres of Excellence to implement people strategies, drive talent acquisition, development, and payroll governance, and ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in an international environment.
• Proven HR Generalist with exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination, employment law and Learning & Development.
• Experience supporting multiple European countries is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Proficient use of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Regional HR Lead and trusted advisor to managers across Europe.
• Support business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and people-related decisions.
• Provide guidance on employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance management, promotions, mobility, succession planning and offboarding.
• Foster employee engagement and reinforce Dextra's culture and values across the region.
• Progressively support HR activities in the Americas as regional responsibilities expand.
• Lead HR business partnership with European entities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities across all European entities and onboarding.
• Identify organizational capability and training needs; deploy leadership and functional development programs.
• Coordinate payroll activities and HR administration across France, UK, Italy, Germany and soon Poland/Israel.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and employee relations; manage disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Maintain HR data integrity, GDPR compliance and HRIS dashboards; support HR digitalization initiatives.
• Lead post-merger HR integration for Linxion/Bartec Group and Cergil; harmonize HR processes in Europe; prepare for Americas expansion.
