Job summary

Mars seeks an FP&A manager for its Rapid Growth Market region to partner with the CFO and lead financial planning and analysis. You will drive forecasting, support the Annual Operating Plan alongside Markets and Global HQ, and shape longer-term objectives aligned with the 2031 vision.

You will champion AI, digital tools and Power BI, deliver insightful reports, and lead the FP&A community across Markets and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required.
10 years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in English; French or a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategic: Partner to the Regional CFO and senior executives; lead forecasting to deliver targets in a volatile environment; coordinate the Annual Operating Plan with Markets and Global HQ; shape long-term objectives for the 2031 vision; contribute to the RGM Leadership Team agenda.
Operational: provide analyses on regional financial performance; link Global HQ Finance with Markets; create key financial reports; champion AI, digital tools and Power BI to improve reporting and ways of working; lead FP&A Community and Market demand partners.
Support on financial systems and reporting tools; collaborate with Regional Sales & Marketing and People & Organization leaders.
