Mars is hiring a Regional FP&A Manager to support the Rapid Growth Market CFO and leadership in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering across key markets. You will drive the annual operating plan, deliver insightful analyses, and shape longer-term objectives aligned with the 2031 IVCP Vision, leveraging AI and Power BI to enhance reporting.

The role requires a strong background in FP&A within FMCG or healthcare, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in English.

Competenze

Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
10+ years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in English; French or a 3rd language is a competitive advantage.
Strong command of MS Office, HFM, Power BI; AI champion.
Experience in FP&A and regional business partnering preferred.

Mansioni

Partner to the RC Rapid Growth Market CFO and regional leadership on financial planning and forecasting.
Lead regional OPP coordination with Global HQ and Markets; support 2031 vision objectives.
Create key financial reports and insights to drive growth decisions; champion AI/visualization tools.
Provide support on financial systems and reporting for Rapid Growth Market region.
