Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead for the Claude Agentic Solutions team to drive custom AI agent deployments for enterprise customers in regulated industries. You will own engagements end-to-end, from SOW to production deployment, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers and senior sponsors.

You will define MVPs, manage scope, lead executive briefings, measure ROI, and codify reusable patterns while navigating security, legal, and procurement. Travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering AI/ML agentic solutions into production.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement with clear scope, milestones, and value hypotheses.
• Lead technical discovery to map workflows and define MVP scope.
• Run day-to-day engineering delivery across teams and protect the critical path.
• Define MVPs, author requirements, and manage engineering backlog.
• Own customer relationships with executive briefings and procurement liaison.
