Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a field-focused Training & Partner Support role to deepen the HOKA connection with consumers, staff and communities. You will run demo days and events with wholesale partners, train store staff, and support merchandising and activations across a regional footprint in France.

You will travel often, speak French and English, and collaborate with marketing, sales and trade teams to deliver best-in-class retailer services and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• Full valid driver's licence.
• Availability to travel across the region, with potential weekend travel.
• Strong communicator across the business.
• Comfortable with presenting and facilitating training.
• Understanding of prioritisation and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Inspired by the HOKA journey and passionate about representing the brand values.
• Highly organised and willing to travel.
• Passion for running, sports and outdoors industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver demo runs and try-on events with wholesale partners and at sponsored events, inspiring customers through trialling the latest HOKA shoes.
• Perform engaging product tech training sessions for wholesale partners' staff, in person and virtual.
• Provide sales support days in key wholesale stores as the HOKA expert on the shop floor.
• Support visual merchandising to ensure in-store and online presence is best in class.
• Visit wholesale partners and communities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to improve retailer services and sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator on community and event activations.
• Carry out reporting, parcel sending and transporting goods.
