Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Field Experience Associate for the HOKA brand to deepen connections with consumers, stores, and communities in East France. You will lead demo runs and events with wholesale partners, deliver product trainings, and support retailer services while collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

The role requires travel, a passion for running and outdoors, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Full valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Experience in marketing/retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Demo Events: run trials of latest HOKA shoes with partners.
• Conduct engaging product tech trainings for wholesale partners’ staff (in-person and virtual).
• Provide on-site sales support in key wholesale stores as HOKA expert on the shop floor.
